Taping rehearsals onto 4-track has produced a stack of cassettes for Kim to sift through and make a note of any especially good bits.

Speaking of notes, after posting the comparative photos of our song notes last week, several people commented “aren’t you afraid someone will steal the song?” I (Josephine) consulted Kelvis about this and thankfully she agreed that first of all, a song is more than merely a chord progression (how long do you play each chord? in what rhythm?) and secondly, we ourselves sometimes can’t figure out how to play the song from our own notes, so good luck to you all with that…
